double? Now that's a much better question:
Depending on what kind of a "string" you want, you might use:
'C' string: sprintf(), snprintf()
MFC/ATL: CString.Format()
Standard C++: std::ostringstream
..NET: System::String::Format()
.... or many other choices. If you can provide a more complete description
of what you need to do, someone can give a more specific answer.
