LINK : error LNK2020: unresolved token (0A00007D) AssemblyResolve

Hi All,
what can produce this error? The error comes at the compile time of the
mixed-mode dll. If I comment out one line:
m_ResolveEventHandler= AppDomain::get_CurrentDomain()->AssemblyResolve;
the error disappears.
Please help.
Thank you all.
