What tool to use generate C++ doc (like javadoc in java language)

i want to generate document about API of my program(c++,php)
like javadoc

can someone suggest me some tool

Take a look at doxygen: http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/

there is a program called cppdoc that works great .. and phpdoc for php
