FindWindowEx error on compile

I am trying to find a window handle using FindWindowEx, yet when I compile
the code I get an "unresolved identifier" error, usinf ::FindWindowEx()
[which shows up on the auto complete] gives me the error "not a member of
global namespace"

I have imported <windows.h> and FindWindow() works fine.

As I am quite new to C++ I can't fins a solution, can anyone help?
