For MCSD, I would say best bet is to do it in multiple languages, say
WinForms in VB and WebForms/WebServices in C#. That way if applying
for a job that is VB you can show VB cert and if applying for C# you
can show C#.
Of course, it seems a lot of employers don't think much of MCSD (see
earlier threads) so maybe it doesn't really matter anyways.
