Using ADO in VC++

plz hep me
i study by myself how to connect to access database using ado and i
did the sample before i start my project, the following is the
sample
_RecordsetPtr p;
p.CreateInstance(__uuidof(Recordset));
p->Open(_T("select * from Table1"),_T("Provider=Microsoft Jet.OLEDB
;Data Source=aa"), dOpenDynamic,adLockOptimistic,adCmdUnknown);
i did the connection withe aa data source, and the table name is
Table1 which has two fields (name,id). The sql statments return all
rows and stores the result into p(pointer to record set).

the question is:
how do i display (name,id) from recordset to the form?
can i return ALL the recordset to another function? and how
plz plz I more about using ADO and how i can add,delete ,update
records
Thanx
