MTA vs STA ApartmentStates

Hello,
There are MTA and STA ApartmentStates at Thread documentation in MSDN. I
could not understand the explanations in MSDN. Can you kindly explain the
differences and advantages of using MTA or STA?

MTA : Multi Threading
STA : Single Threading
