[VC Toolkit] Change compiled file destination path

Hi,
when I compile a .cpp file using:
cl "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\myprog.cpp"
the file myprog.exe is placed into C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual C++
Toolkit 2003. How do I specify an alternative path where to place compiled
files?
Thanks for your help
