Frame in C++

Hello,

I've just a simple question but i don't know how to do....
I am creating a VisualC++ project with WIN32 aplication, in my window i need
to have :
to the left hand : a part for draw an opengl application
to the right hand : a menu, where i 'll put some button and list box.

How can i compute that ? i don't know how to split my window in 2 part for
create a device context to the left and a menu to the right....

Sorry for my bad english...
Thank you.
