Microsoft Layer for Unicode linker options...

Hello. I am trying to get the MSLU to work properly and I am slightly
confused. According to http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?
url=/library/en-
us/mslu/winprog/compiling_your_application_with_the_microso
ft_layer_for_unicode.asp I need to set my linker options in the order:

nod: declarations -> unicows.lib -> the rest of the libraries...

Am I correct in assuming that these need to be put in Project
Settings->Link->Project Options??

Would it be possible for somebody to post their project options for a
working project using the MSLU and perhaps tell the location of there dll and
lib files in with respect to their project?

I have tried a few times and I can't seem to get it right... Either there is
no affect or I get the following error:

unicows.lib(thunk_kernel32_CompareStringW.obj) Fatal Error LNK1103:
debugging information corrupt; recompile module

Thank you very much for any help on.

Kind regards.
