video and LAN

jjs
We have a video camera connected to a video card and to a RS232 port for
moving the camera. We want to transfer the video stream and control the
position on a LAN (Ethernet - TCP/IP). On the client side the tests and
displaying should be done in two ways :
with Internet Explorer
in a View
Are you knowing samples for such applications (C++, C# ?)
What are the methods to program such projects?
Thanks
Jack
