How to read numbers with fixed length

Hi,

how can I separate floating point numbers where I know their length, and
there is no whitespace between the numbers? The input looks something like
this:

35174844455445601605
35174387145445589011
35174144755445573903
35180947475445834403

I know the numbers are 10 digits each. What is the cleanest way to read
this with C++ streams?
