calling unmanaged c++ functions

I have some classes and functions in unmanaged C++ that I want to create a
gui for using Windows Forms. The inputs to these functions (matrix
multiplications, inversion,etc) take pointers to 2D arrays created using
new[]. With the GUI I want to read in some data from a file or a database
and call these functions. So how does managed C++ store arrays and matrices
of data? Would it be straight forward to call these unmanaged functions? I
want to get an idea of how I should be storing the data I read from the
files and databases so I can use it with my unmanaged c++ functions before I
get started. Thanks for any help.
