C++ project for CE.NET 4.1

I've got a C++ application that I would like to see run on a CE.NET pen
tablet. The source code all compiles for EVC3, EVC4, and VC6, targeting CE
3.0 and Win32 x86.

From the help, I cannot determine what tools to use (and what settings) to
be able to target CE.NET 4.1 with my application. It appears that I need to
use VS.NET 2003, with the /clr switch, but that still results in binaries
that are linked to missing DLLs (e.g., kernel32.dll).

I realize some code changes may be needed, but I also do not know where to
find a migration reference for the required changes.

Any help out there?
