Simple Master/Detail issue

TN
My first dive into the Windows Forms/ Data side of DotNet. I am trying
to build a simple master/detail screen. Two tables "tables" and
"fields". They are related by the field "table_name". I want to
display the "table_name" from the "tables" table in a list box and the
"field_name" from "fields" table (constrained by the current table_name)
in the other listbox. Added the data adapters and dataset and created a
relation is the data set using the "table_name". When I try to fill
the dataset using the tables data adapter I get:

....unhandled exception.... Failed to enable constraints. one or more
rows contain values violating non-null, unique, foreign-key contraints.

No table_names are NULL, all tables names are UNIQUE...

I know this is something simple, I just can't see it.
Thanks.
