Handling Windows message

In Borland's C++ Builder, one could handle Windows messages in member
functions of a control-derived class by specifying a message map and
VCL_MESSAGE_HANDLERs, as well as by overriding the windows procedure for the
control. Does .NET have an equivalent ability, or must I handle all windows
messages in the windows procedure for my control ?
