Problem installing Visual C++.net

I hope this is the right place for this question. It's not exactly a
complcated one.
I've just installed Visual C++.net Standard Edition and have been
trying to access the Setup Wizard from the "Setup and Deployment
Projects" folder but it is not there. Only the Setup Project icon.
EVERY piece of documentation I have says that it should be in here
(they do mention that it is not part of VB.net standard edition). So
what have I done wrong. I have now tried to install this on a
networked PC and a standalone PC

Thanks in anticipation

Are you sure that this is supposed to be part of the Standard Edition? The
SE is supposed to be more of a learning and hobbyist type of product and I
don't think that it would come with the product packaging tools that you
would expect with the full Visual Studio.NET product.

No this is not supposed to be there in Express Edition.

On the other hand from Beta 2 on,the new "Click Once" deployment feature
will be included in Visual C++ Express. In fact we just made that decision a
few days ago.
