converting from Managed String To Char pointer failed in case of foreign letters

hi.

i use the function the ms publish,to convert Managed String to Char * .
with english string it works ok.

now, i have problem, when for example ,im try to convert a path to file ,
when the file name is in HEBREW letters.

the result i get it the conversion till the foreign fonts.

the function is use is :
