Process load error

I'm experiencing a very strange error during the process load which drives
me crazy.

The DLL and the test application compile successfully.

But when I run the application it throws a message box with the following
error message:

"The ordinal 425 could not be located in the dynamic link library
OLEAUT32.dll".

All methods I used to make conversions between variant types
(VarXXXFromYYY) are from OLEAUT32.dll.

Does anybody why it happens?
