MFC dinamic creation

Is there any difference between:

CDialogX *pFL = (CDialogX *) _RUNTIME_CLASS(CDialogX)->CreateObject();
and
CDialogX dlg();

I don't think there is any difference.

Then it should be ok(safe) to use something like this:

CDialogX dlg2(_T("name"), NULL, 1);

Can anyone tell me is anything wrong with this?

Thanks, Rajko.
