Browser build keeps coming undone

In Visual Studio .NET 2003, where is the setting that tells the build to create browse information for the *project* stored? It's not in the project file, because when we change the setting and diff the project files, there's no difference

I wouldn't worry about this, except that the flag keeps getting turned off for no known reason and I'd like to know how to stop it from happening. But until I find out where the info is stored, I'm searching for a needle in a haystack.
