How to work with NTMS_GUID?

Hi
I'm not sure is this correct forum or not. If negative I apologise
I've tried to write a little app wich suppose to interact with RSM API. Only thing It suppose to do is get one parameter a GUID of a physical media (I can get that GUID with rsm view command) and return corresponding "friendly name" of that media

When I call my app from cmdline syntax will be something like "myapp C6783B729A58400795F857E436E6BA82", but the problem is how to turn that GUID-parameter to NTMS_GUID-structure

NTMS_GUID-structure seems to be like
Data1 = unsigned lon
Data2 = unsigned shor
Data3 = unsigned shor
Data4 = char[8

Can anyone help?
