Linking with .NET 2003

I am trying to upgrade a project from VC++ 6.0 to VS .NET 2003. I get a linker error saying it cannot find the file libci.lib. I am not using any of the old headers and all my headers are for the standard C++ library. Can anyone help me why I am getting this error
