Is C++/CLI available in some form now? Whence Whidbey Beta 1?

The recent questions about C++/CLI in this group made me wonder if some
folks had their hands on it.... Is it available someplace?

The C++ language features that the C++/CLI committee is working on is
currently being implemented. A targeted audience of users are participating
in an alpha program for the codename Whidbey product.

Several conferences over the next few months will have previews of Whidbey
(more recent than the PDC preview from October).

As posted by Kyle, we're driving towards Beta 1 right now. It will be in the
middle of this year.
