In VC6.0, how to programme to encode CD audio track to WMA?

As a start, post again in the multimedia group

microsoft.public.win32.programmer.mmedia

where you may get an answer or be redirected again. Then google for this

It originates on news.micrsoft.com, same as this group.

Well, it is not an HTTP URL. "news.microsoft.com" is the name of the news
server which hosts the group. Your ISP may make the group available on its
news server, you will have to check.

If you are using Outlook Express as a news reader, you choose
Tools->Accounts from the menu, then click the Add button and finally the
News... menu item to configure a news account.
