.NET runtime setup

The whole concept is somewhat beyond me. I just want to create and run
programs on a network (Windows or Novell) drive. When I try to create a
managed C++ project, I get this warning:

The project location is not fully trusted by the .NET runtime. This is
usually because the location is a network share or mapped to a network share
on a remote machine. If the output path is under the project location, your
code will not execute as fully trusted, and you may receive unexpected
security exceptions.

(and I do). The .NET Framework configuration utility in Administrative
tools appears to be beyond me. Is there an easy way to flag the drive share
as fully trusted, or somewhere I can go to learn how to use the config
utility that is easier to understand that the built in documentation?

Thanks,
Sean
