help on linker errors

i'm getting using VS7 to compile some c++ code into a .NET assembly and i've
been getting some cryptic linker errors; i was wondering whether there's a
way of actually being able to find out more information about the error and
where it originated.

i.e. :

--- error LNK2020: unresolved token (0A000063) ??7type_info@@6B@

--- error LNK2020: unresolved token (0A000065) exception.__ctor

type_info? exception? i'm not using any of those classes or anything.

thanks.
