Second pointer for EXE COM Server

Hello,
I created instance of some EXE COM server in my
application using CoCreateInstance(.) API. How can I get
pointer for this instance of this EXE COM server from
separate application without creating one more instance of
this server (process)? I've tried CoCreateInstance(.) two
times in row in one application, but got to different
pointers.

Regards

Leonid
