create a XML document via MSXML

hi,

I want to create a new XML document, with a DT reference.
I want to do it with IXMLDOMDocument::createNode(
MSXML::NODE_DOCUMENT_TYPE, "PARTS SYSTEM 'mydtd.dtd'", "");

but it doesn't work.
Anybody know why?

Thanks
Thomas
