Help! error in VC Forms Designer!!

My VC++ Windows Forms app somehow got into a state where
I can't open the main form with the Designer.

I get the error:

An error occurred while loading the document. Fix the
error, and then try loading the document again. The error
message follows:

MCppCodeDomParser Error:

Can anyone explain what the problem might be?

Thanks in advance,
Jim
