Is there any chance some MS personel could setup a filter which would
prevent this virus being received from microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vc
and other MS newsgroups again and again? Recognizing it should be quite
simple.

I do not think I will open it, but it is annoying to download it again and
again (especially considering it is much larger than normal posts). I have
already seen it maybe ten times today.

Regards
Ondrej
