"unified event model" in Multithread?

the injected line is this:

struct __EventingCriticalSectionStub
{
void Lock()
{
}
void Unlock()
{
}
};

My program is a multithread program.
I want

Lock(){
EnterCriticalSection(xxx);
}
Unlook(){
LeaveCriticalSection(xxx);
}

How can I?
I think there is a switch or a pragma?
Any help is useful.
