Creating assembly dll with VC++.Net

Dear Friends,

I am in urgent need of your help. I have started working
on Managed Extensions, and have enjoying writing C++.Net
wrappers on legacy C++ application. With little success, I
have been trying to generate Assembly dll of my C++.Net
classes, which have to be exposed as C# Class library.
Please help.. this particular command " cl /LD /CLR
ManagedTrialApp.cpp /o Wrapper.dll " is failing asking for
the legacy header files and legacy .lib files.

Any help would be appreciated.

Best,
Sam
