Kevin,
Here is the existing code:
XmlUrlResolver xur = new XmlUrlResolver();
XslTransform xsl = new XslTransform();
xsl.Load(rpt.Transforms._StyleSheet);
xsl.Transform(szTempFile1, szTempFile2, xur);
It is the xsl.load line that gives me the error. The parameter is just a
string. When it contains a url to a network resource like this
@"\\server\dir\filename", it goes out and gets it. If I pass it a local
directory with a drive name, it appends c:\windows\system32 to it. If I pass
it just a filename, it appends the same directory to it too. I have another
file I have inserted into my project and I append the namespace to it and it
finds it ok. But that does not work either.

Hi Harry,
Do you mean that you need to transform an Xml file with a certain Xsl file?
The XslTransform.Transform method can accept a string as the xslt file or
use the XmlResolver. Please check the following link for more information.
