XSLT: dataset XML -> HTML

Hi Guys,
I need a little help, I have XLM extracted from ADO.NET Dataset:

<xs:choice maxOccurs="unbounded">

<xs:element name="fld1" msdata:Caption="Field 1"
msprop:DataType="string" type="xs:string" msprop:mandatory="True"... />
<xs:element name="fld2" msdata:Caption="Field 2"
msprop:DataType="string" type="xs:string" msprop:mandatory="True" ... />
</xs:sequence>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>
</xs:choice>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>
</xs:schema>
<my_table>
<fld1>value 1</fld1>
<fld2>value 2</fld2>
</my_table>
</NewDataSet>

I waana to convert this XML into simple HTML table such as using XSL
transformation:
Field 1 | Field 2 | ...
-------------------------
value1 | value2 | ...
-------------------------
....

So problem is to substitute table's captions from msdata:Caption attribute
of the scheme as well as to use only fields with msprop:mandatory="True".
