Access to the path...is denied?

Sorry for cross-posting with the xsl group but this seems like a asp.net xml
specifici issue...

I'm getting the following error when I try to use a xslt transformation. My
function is below. It only happens on our dev server so I'm not sure what
line it's occurring on but the function name is listed along with this error.

my xlst has a <msxsl:script language="C#"> script block in it and I've read
that may be part of the cause, but I don't know why.

Access to the path
"C:\DOCUME~1\<myserver>~1\ASPNET\LOCALS~1\Temp\bln fv87k.0.cs" is denied.

function...

XmlDocument XmlDoc = new XmlDocument();
XmlDoc.LoadXml(sXml);
XslTransform transform = new XslTransform();
transform.Load(HttpContext.Current.Server.MapPath( sXslFile));
StringWriter sw = new StringWriter();
transform.Transform(XmlDoc, XsltArgs, sw, new XmlUrlResolver());
return sw.ToString();

The windows account your ASP.NET request is being processed
as doesn't typically have permissions to folders like this that
aren't under the root of the web site.

Thanks, but what I'm confused by is why it's even pointing to that folder.
When I look at the server, I see the <servername>\ASPNET but there is no
"LOCALS~1\Temp\" and I don't know why it's creating random ".cs" files.

My .xslt files are within my web. If you can shed some light on that it
would be very helpful.

Thanks again, Dave

Dave guess ur problem is PERMISSION issue!
Are the files under the WWWROOT?
Try making ASPNET acct to have permissions to neccesary files or
Folders..
Hope that Helps
Patrick
