XML from DataSet is not well formed

Hi, I am working in C# .NET and I have a DataSet that Has a number of
tables. I am creating a new row and adding it to one of the tables,
but when a new Xml document is created from the data set, the new Xml
row is placed at the bottom, and a new root is created along with it.
Does anyone know how to properly add the row to the data table in the
data set, so that the Xml document will be well formed.
I was writing the following code:

DataRow workRow3 =m_DS.Tables[3].NewRow();

workRow3["text"] = "iPodService";
workRow3["value"] = "iPodService";
workRow3["interact"] = "false";
m_DS.Tables[3].Rows.Add(workRow3);
m_DS.AcceptChanges();
