XSLT - Outputing an attribute

I'm having problems getting the syntax corrent to output an attribut.
Something like
this

<Node Id="<xsl:value-of select="Id"></xsl:value-of>></Node>

Any suggestions? =)

Oh I hop emy two XPath / XSLT books arrive tomorrow. Martin Honnen if you
see this, I ordered the two books you recommended. The reviews on Amazon
were
excellent.. cheers for the advice! =)
