XSD Validation of an XML in C#

I am trying to develop a C# Webservice where I validate incoming XML
files using an XSD schema. 3 of the parameters may have greater than
100 valid entries. These are stored in a SQL Server DB.
Rather than use enumerations in teh XSD for the validation is there
another way I can do this?
