Create XML Node / Element from a Shema

hi,

i have a question, is it possible to create a XML Node or Element from a
shema?
i have a Shema and would like to create a node with one line of code. my
node has some attributes and it is borring to write statements for creating
attribute for every node.

i am using c#.
