reading elements XML

Hi,
I have the following xml document
- <TailParas fid="td">

<Para>This technology is most responsible for the largest productivity gains ever realized in the developed world. It is produced through a combination of Western research, free enterprise investment and inexpensive Third World assembly labor.</Para>

<Para>And how will the protesters get to Sea Island? I can't picture a donkey cart (the truest form of solidarity with South American farmers) pulling the 40 mph minimum speed limits required on our interstate highways. I guess all those placards, modems and jet boats require SUVs to deliver.</Para>

<Para>Where are these participants staying overnight during the marathon protests? Unless it's in a beach tent of dried goat skins, they will have ignored the lessons of Comradeship 101.</Para>

<Para>While sleeping comfortably at the Hilton, coordinating the protests on their satellite phones or munching down at TGI Friday's, they'll be taking advantage of everything they claim to dislike: an economy relying heavily on imported menial labor, global connectivity and an international exchange of ideas.</Para>

<Para>I'll bet there will be more than one digital camera to capture all those abused civil rights.</Para>

<Para>The G-8 conference is a continual effort by the world's leading economies to hammer out a worldwide trade system that will remove borders from dollars and allow people to freely and inexpensively move goods and services to meet consumer demands anywhere on the globe --- benefiting everyone.</Para>

<Para>It's a fact of life that globalization won't bring a Guatemalan peasant working in a shoe factory up to the level of of a single union-and-proud-of-it autoworker in Detroit. But $3 per day may be five times what that peasant was earning from his fishing boat. It also contributes more to his local economy than fish would have, and after all is providing Teva sandals to all those G-8 protesters in Georgia.</Para>

<Para>While the protesters sit around Smoothie King, lamenting the demise of the Honduran family farms, they should sweeten their drink with a dose of reality. Family farms are long gone, displaced by efficient agribusiness conglomerates that have created jobs for researchers, technicians and tomato packers.</Para>

<Para>Better food production contributes to worldwide economic stability, social equality and, incidentally, a healthier and better-fed population than at any time in history.</Para>

<Para>Might these protesters try their hand at landing a real job? Nah. With the G-8 meeting annually, the airlines really need the business.</Para>

<Para>Charles H. Green is vice president of Sunrise Bank of Atlanta. Photo Protesters break the glass door of a car dealership during a march in Geneva, Switzerland, against the G-8 summit last year. / GAETAN BALLY / Associated Press Photo Charles H. Green Graphic E-MAIL FORUM</Para>

<Para>Does globalism benefit those who protest against it? Send your e-mail to is***@ajc.com, where it will be posted online. Please include full name, city or county of residence and daytime phone. (Phone numbers will not be published.)</Para>

</TailParas>
To get all the para I have a xpath syntax similar to this one

/DistDoc/ArchiveDoc/Article/HandL/LeadPara/Para

The problem is that I have the all para elements as one block, how can I go through all the params inside <tailpara> to add formating elements at the end of this one?

Thanks
