XMLReader and multiple Select from stored procedure

Hi there!
I have a stored procedure which return 3 different tables and I would
like
to use the resulting XML stream returned using "FOR XML AUTO,Elements" with
an XMLReader (SqlCommand.ExecuteXMLReader).

Does XMLReader allows to retrieve (navigate through) different tables
from within XML streams ? If so, how can I do it? Right now, I am able to
retrieve the XML stream but I am only able to navigate one record (node) at
a time just like if it was ONE table alone, and it seems to me that there
are no way to navigate through the tables directly.

Thanks for your help,
