Using XML Schemas to create a database?

Is there a way in Visual Studio to use an XML schema to generate a database in SQL Server or Access?

My schema looks great and it creates a wonderful DataSet! But do I really need to create my data storage manually?

Here is one tool that does this
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xsd2db/

There's no GUI. It's command-line only.
The source is available (BSD license)
I haven't used it on complex systems.

I think XmlSpy is a commercial tool that takes a more general approach to
the problem.
