Why does this give an error ?

XmlNodeList CommonFiles =
ProgramBackup.SelectNodes("Directory[contains(.,'CommonFilesPath']");

This generates a XPathException "'Directory[contains(.,'CommonFilesPath']'
has an invalid token."

How can I do this, it works fine in XSLT but in this case thats a huge
amount of processing overhead for such a simple task.
