Is it possible to convert a dataset into xml document with embeded schema?

If you mean into an xml file :

dataSet1.WriteXml(filename,XmlWriteMode.WriteSchem a);

If you mean simply an XMLDocument object, you probably would have to add the
schema to the document, by creating the document elements and populating
then adding them...
