Output Parameters in ASP.NET (VB) Web Service

I'm building a web service and trying to get an output similar to
this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"><soap:Body><Add2Response><Add2Result>3</Add2Result><sum>3</sum></Add2Response></soap:Body></soap:Envelope>

I found this example in the C# language (which corresponds to the output shown above):

public int Add2(int x, int y, out int sum)
{
sum = x + y;

return sum;
}

Although, I prefer to use VB. In VB.NET, how can I get multiple output paramters to be encoded in the soap response like shown above?
