Restating my earlier request. XMLHTTP to .net

Can anybody tell me how to do the following from ASP in .net

dim xmlhttp, strMsg, strUrl, strXmlText

strUrl = "http://localhost/example.asp"

strXmlText = "<root><Info " & _
"System=""All"" Function=""CheckSession"">" & _
"</Info></root>"

Set xmlhttp = CreateObject("Microsoft.XMLHTTP")
xmlhttp.open "POST", strUrl, False
xmlhttp.send(strXmlText)

strMsg = xmlhttp.responseText
MsgBox strMsg
