XPath questions

How do I do the above using XPathNavigator?

Is it better to compile an expression that run it directy when I'm using it
only once?

Are there performance advantages to XPath over XDoc*.Select* ?

while (ni.MoveNext()) {
... Read from ni.Current XPathNavigator ...

only once? Actually that doesn't matter then, it's compiled internally anyway.

I presume you meant XPathDocument? It's optimized for XPath selections
so obviously much more efficient for that.
