Webservice to Windows service

Hi

Is it possible to initiate a windows service from a
webservice (possible create a web service listener??)

Any ideas or examples?

when you say "initiate a windows service"

I assume you mean you want to communicate to a windows service from a web
service?
if so, then I would recommend remoting. the windows service would be a
remoting server. the webservice would be a remoting client.
