Sporadic System.NotSupportedException and AutoDeploy...

I'm running an app through auto-deployment ( ex.
http://localhost/SampleSolution/Samp...n/bin/Main.exe
). I'd like to display a list of loaded assemblies, so
I'm stepping through an array of assemblies returned by
AppDomain.CurrentDomain.GetAssemblies(). Sometimes the
following exception is thrown when I try to access the
assembly's locaion:
"System.NotSupportedException: The invoked member is not
supported in a dynamic module. at
System.Reflection.Emit.AssemblyBuilder.get_Locatio n()"
The assembly name for which the exception is thrown
is "RegexAssembly40_0". What could be causing this
exception?

TIA
